Each holiday season, officers take local kids on a shopping trip they'll never forget — a partnership with FOP Lodge 100 and local businesses. Watch for the recap every December.
Back Your Blue 5K
The annual 5K at Big Four Station supports officers and their families — with K9 demos, a helicopter landing, and a family festival. Hosted with FOP Lodge 100 every September.
Battle of the Badges
JPD and Jeffersonville Fire go head-to-head to see who can donate more blood. The real winner is the local blood supply — come donate under either banner.
National Night Out
America's night out against crime, every August. Meet the officers who patrol your neighborhood over food, demos, and games at Warder Park.
Project CARE
Our outreach team connects people in crisis to services instead of cells — a 93% connection-to-care rate over the latest reporting period, and a model program for the region.
School & Youth Visits
From elementary school visits to academy demos, officers spend time with Jeffersonville kids year-round. Want us at your school? Ask Community Policing.
Every September · Big Four Station
Back Your Blue 5K
Since 2017, Jeffersonville has laced up each September to support its officers and their families — a 5K along the river followed by a full family festival.
Run or walk the riverfront course, then stick around: K9 demonstrations, a police helicopter landing, SWAT displays, food, and music. Proceeds support officers and families through FOP Lodge 100.
