Districts

The City of Jeffersonville is strategically divided into three patrol districts - West, Central, and East - by the Jeffersonville Police Department. This structured approach ensures swift response times when civilians engage with dispatch and officers are dispatched. It also allows for the appointment of a dedicated Captain to each district. These Captains are responsible for managing patrols in their jurisdiction, fostering close relationships with City Council members, entrepreneurs, community figures, and citizens within their district.
